Chinese communism Party 's Army are now covering some blue metal  covers on the houses which are broken by them.for kiicking People who lived there by paying money every year out by them and even sent lots of soldiers to beat them last year ,These empty rooms are fixed by metal covers again so they will be rent again to other people this year,

Then when there are orders to stop rent or new powerful communists charge the armies they will be kicked out again.These houses which were built by Japanese or Soviet soilders are tools for communists and armies  to make money from Chinese.And when the leaders of cpc change or the captains of armies here change, people will be called to live in or kicked out,too.cause they have to  pay the houses to the new leaders and their armies to feed them by CNY.Everybody who live there paying the last leaders and captains will be kicked out or laing more for houses till next group communism armies settle here with their  new leaders and captains kick them out of there.

Corruptions.
