A heavy fog again.

In the 3rd or 4th day which had a heavy white fog after the spring festival I read that Wuhan was lockdown and coronavirus is spreading in the whole country.

It's very rarely having a fog around spring festival ,I haven't seen it in past of my life until 2020 this year.

What happen this time ?
